Yes! All Qwatch products are covered under a 12 month Limited Warranty. If you encounter any problems with your Qwatch product please contact Qwatch directly and one of our team members will get back to you within 24 hrs. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or any watch part whatsoever.

You may exchange your Qwatch product or return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product is unopened. Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying all associated shipping costs.
